Description:
Tandoori chefs specialise in cooking with a tandoor, an Indian-style oven, using special sauces and spices. Prepare and marinate meats, seafood, and vegetables for cooking in the tandoori.
Entry Requirements:
Entry will usually require GCSEs/S grades but if possible with other academic qualifications and/or relevant experience is also acceptable. However previous experience of similar work is preferred.
Job Responsibilities Include:

Being able to prepare kebabs, breads as per the order.

To be able to cut and marinate meats and veggies.

To operate and maintain the tandoor oven, ensuring proper temperature and cooking conditions

Being able to make dough for different bread types – Naan, Roti, Missi roti, Bhatura, Roomali Roti,Laccha Paratha.

To clean up station and take care of leftover food.

To ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion.

To comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards.

JOB TITLE: RESTAURANT MANAGER JOB

Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for smooth operation for their individual restaurant. They will be required to take responsibilities regarding both ‘front of house’ and ‘back of house.’ They will supervise and monitor staff members to meet store targets and ensure excellent customer service.
Entry Requirements:
Minimum requirement for this role is GCSEs/S or equivalent academic qualification. Previous experience in hospitality and management is not required but desirable. Strong leadership and communication skills are required. Further training will be provided at the commencement of employment.

Description:
As a Bar manager the candidate will plan, direct and co-ordinate the bar facilities and services of the restaurant. Develop and maintain a diverse and appealing beverage menu, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic options.

2 years’ experience in a similar role and within a fast-paced environment;

experience in an Indian restaurant would be a distinct advantage.

Description:
As a cook the candidate is primarily required to help the Head Chef and Tandoori Chefs. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed. Inspect and discard any expired or spoiled ingredients. Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef by following recipes and menu specifications to ensure consistency in taste, portion sizes, and presentation.

Job Responsibilities Include:

To assist the chef in preparing and assembling meals

To measure, peel, chop, prepare the vegetables/meat/fish etc

To maintain an inventory of supplies and communicate any needs to the Chef

To properly store and label food items to prevent cross-contamination

To prepare foods to the specifications of the customers and chefs

To manages and supervise the kitchen porters in the kitchen

To act as a liaison to front-of-house to ensure proper food service temperature
